Unable to access archive folder of server
Hi..I have an user who is unable to access her archive on the server drive. She tried to click on the folder in Outlook but to no response just the hour glass icon and later it appear an error message saying that it wsn't close properly and needs checking. After checking it still wouldn't open... What could be the reason? isit mailbox sizes too big??

What version of Outlook is she using and how big is the mailbox?

Outlook 2002. The archive is about 1.8gb.

Actually I found out that the size of the archive has exceeded his mailbox limit. Therefore suggest to delete unwanted email and works! I also run the repairing pst tool but didn't detect any fault. That's was a good tool to use! Thanks mass2612. As for BlueDevilFan, I totally agree with you..I will advise the user to access on their local drive. Thanks everyone for your help!
