delete user on webmin

i go to manu system > users and groups in webmin I check to delete staff3 it delete form webmin menu but i go to check on home directory it still have staff3  how can I set webmin to delete that folder

acount1  ftp  staff10  staff3  staff4  staff5  staff8  staffa
