Exchange 2003 - User can not access mailbox --- asks for username and password

Hello,

I have a user where his account had been disabled for a couple of months.  When I enabled it, he was able to log in, but when he tries to open his email, it prompts him for a user name and password.  He tried a couple of different combinations, nothing worked.  We use roming profiles, so I deleted it out and had him log on and create a new profile.  When I set up his exchange account, everything works fine.  But when he tries to access email, it still prompts him for a user name and password.

Now, the mailbox is still in exchange.  Can I delete out the mailbox and recreate it?

It worked!!  Thanks for you help.  I thought there would be a lot of problems if I deleted his account and recreated it.  I am glad I asked!
