Modify HTML Based Email

I am sending out an HTML based email, and I want to redirect the user using the ASP.NET response.redirect option in my body, so I can perform query strings.  How is this possible?

CURRENT CODE:

        Dim mail As New MailMessage
        Dim EmailBody As String = *****RESPONSE.REDIRECT CODE GOES HERE*********

        mail.From = "SOMEONE@SOMEWHERE.COM"
        mail.To = "WHOEVER@WHEREEVER.COM"
        mail.Subject = "MESSAGE"
        mail.Priority = MailPriority.High
        mail.BodyFormat = MailFormat.Html
        mail.Body = EmailBody
        SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "MYSERVER"
        SmtpMail.Send(mail)

Do you just want to send a hyperlink (or load images) in the email? You can create the HTML to make an email look a lot like a site, but you don't actually frame a site in an email client message (and the client would probably prevent it - thank God).

If you just want to build out custom links (with query parameters), that is not hard. You just build them in a sub (append a bunch of tags and stuff into a stringbuilder and then convert to string to pass to the email body).
