How do you grant another user the right to view another person's mailbox?

Good Day Experts,

How do I make it so one user(logged on) can add a mail profile of another user(not logged on)?

You need to grant full mailbox access.

Open ADUC, choose View, and select Advanced Features.
Then look at the properties of the user you want to add access to. Add the user who needs access and then enable "Full mailbox access" ONLY. Do not enable any other options.

Apply/Ok out.

May take a few minutes before the permission works.
