jsp crystalreports some parameters are missing

in my appliocation i m calling crystal reports from jsp pages
the reports is printed as required
but when we click on the option    "Export  this  report" option from erystal report
 we select format as acrobat format(PDF) and than click ok, i  get the error com.crystadecisionsl.report.web.viewer.crystalreportviewer  some parameters are missing

please help

I think that your JSP is OK.  It could be a problem with Crystal Reports ActiveX Viewer. How about to contact vender about this?
