SQL 2005 Demo, ODBC connection

I have installed SQL 2005 Demo on a win serv 03' box. From the server I can create a ODBC connection using my network admin account. I cannot create a odbc connection from a desktop. (ie. a machine with MS Access)

I am trying to import the table structure from an old SQL DB for use in a new Access application.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Make sure that you allow remote connections with 2k5.....http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;914277

Then connect with this connection string: (http://www.connectionstrings.com/)

"Driver={SQL Native Client};Server=tcp:192.168.1.100, 1433;Database=pubs;UID=sa;PWD=asdasd;"

Make sure to replace the ip with the ip of the server.

Hope this helps.
