Hi,
You need to run Hijackthis scan in normal mode.
Running it in safe mode won't show much.

Once you have the hijackthis log, upload your it to(anywhere you like) and only post the link back here.

Please, go to the below link and login using your Experts-Exchange username and password.
http://www.ee-stuff.com
Click on "Expert Area" tab
type or paste the link to this Question http:Q_21910470.html
"Browse" your pc to the location of your Hijackthis log and click "Upload"
Copy the resulting "url" and post it back here.

OR: just paste the log to either of these sites:
http://www.rafb.net/paste/
then at the bottom left corner click "paste"
Copy the address/url and post it here.

or at --> http://www.hijackthis.de/
and click "Analyse", click "Save".  Then post the link to the saved list here.

The ONLY thing I see from this log is your IE is out of date. You need to update it. Run it again (out of safe mode) and see what you've got.

Also, could you give a little more information on why you think you have spyware. Is your computer acting up? Are you getting random warnings from your antivirus system, etc.
