datareport margin

Right now I have a vb 6.0 and using the datareport in it...I notice that the top margin says 1.  I need it to be like .2 or .5...I tried changing it to 0 and it doesn't do a thing..

Any advise... I need to move the text on that report higher and cannot..

set the

datareport1.topmargin=0.5


or
set the

datareport1.topmargin= -0.5 * 1440

I tried putting that in the properties and it will not accept because of it being in twips
