I am currently using exchange 2003 sp2 ENT on Server 2k3 and I am having a hard time changing the "empty deleted items Weekly" policy into Nightly.

Its been a while since I added this policy but can't figure out how to change it to nightly.

Any help would be great as my server is slowly reaching its cap on space.

You change it on the Properties of the server itself.
ESM, Servers. Right click on your server and choose Properties. There should be a tab "Mailbox Management". There you can change the schedule.
