Anyone know how to do the port forwarding, login to the admin page to do the setup etc.....

huh; this looks like an unmanaged switch without admin capabilities.

Port forwarding is associated with routers.

the question is I try that already!but my Linsys is behind a netgear router, so I can't login to it using that IP address!

you may have to do some port forwarding on the netgear to gain access to the linksys
