White flash when page changes (NOT Flash movie issue)
Hi, I have a problem where as I flip between pages in my web app, the browser flashes white. I only see the problem in Safari, BUT others are seeing it in Firefox and IE. (I can't reproduce that but I have no doubt they're seeing it...)
The problem seems to have something to do with the page size, or where stylesheets load in the page, according to this article I found:
http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/hyatt/archives/2004_05.html#005496
However, I'm loading the style sheets at the top of the page, and the page is big but I've seen bigger. (I.e. cnn.com has larger pages than my site... and cnn doesn't flash white between pages.)
Anyone else seen this and if so, how'd you fix it? Any ideas for things I can try to fix it?
Sorry I don't have a link to show the problem-- I know we're flying blind a bit here. Any ideas welcome.

Perhaps the reason you don't see it, but others do, may be due to connection speed.
ie. your data loads faster than theirs, masking the effect
