We are running SBS 2003 and running exchange server too. I check event viewer and in application , i found too many red errror sign with following message.

This is an SMTP protocal log for virtual server id 1. connection #46.The client at "125.213.4.118" send a "rcpt" command. and the SMTP server respoded with '550.5.7.1 unable to relay for yyw995555566@yahoo.com.tw " the full command sent was "rcpt To <yyw9955555566@yahoo.com.tw>" . This will probably cause the connection to fail"

I dont know what does it mean, can someone help me in this regards please
