Domain migration

I have two forests (A and B) with a domain in each forest (Domain a in forest a and so forth) .
I would like to create another forest C and place domain a and b in this forest c.
Both domains have Exchange servers.  
Can someone guide me in the direction of step by step instruction please

I would use ADMT to move either Busers into Domain A, or Ausers and Busers into domain C, either way would work, and using DomainC would allow you to change the name to domainAB if you needed.

This link is for Migrations to SBS2003 from 2000 or 2003 based domains, but it serves well for Domain to Domain transfers. The instructions are very clear and detailed, and allows for transferring of Users, Computers, Groups, Distribution Lists, Exchange Email and Files and Folders without fuss, and without resetting file ACL's.

I have used it many times for Domain to Domain transfers, regardless of whether it's  SBS or full Windows Server based domains.
