copy contacts from one recipient to another, exchange 2003

an employee quit.  i want to copy her contacts to other recipients and then delete her as a recipient. we mostly use xp/outlook 2002, there are two 2kpro/outlook2000 pc's.

Grant yourself full mailbox access.
Then open the mailbox in your account and copy what you need to do a pst file.
Give the PST file to whoever needs it.

With the account, I would suggest that you don't do anything to it at the moment. Hide it from the Address Lists in the mailbox and possibly move the SMTP address to another account. Let the dust settle from the departure first.
