stdafx.h and mscorlib.dll

Hey, I am new to VC.net, can anyone tell me what stdafx.h and mscorlib.dll do?

mscorlib.dll is the microsoft common runtime library. This is a .NET framework class library that gives access to the common runtime methods and interfaces.

stdafx.h is the precompiled header file that would include the windows header files and other project specific include files that are used frequently, but are changed infrequently
This file can be included in the .cpp files and that would take care of windows header includes. This is handly because we need not include the windows header files to every .cpp file.
