I have a Windows 2003 terminal server running office xp pro.  I have a 2000 domain with exchange 2003.  I want to set it up so when a user logs into the first time they do not have to create their outlook profile.  I know I need to office xp resource kit, which I have already downloaded and installed.  I cannot find any easy to follow instructions on how to do this

Create a custom installation with the Exchange server information and the username as %username% and then install Outlook using the command line that it shows at the end of the custom installation wizard.
