When try to install EM Grid 10G get an "HTTP Server Configuration Assistant" part of installation fails with error:

"Unable to create lock file: Lock file C:\DOCUME~1\MKRUPE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\EM_CONFIG_INSTALL.lk is older than 120000 ms. Please remove old lock file."

Not only lock file doesn't exist, there isn't even a path that is somewhat specified in error.

Please help. I have been trying to install 10OEM for a week now having to clean up Oracle of machine.(Windows NT)

Thanks,
Jozefina

OK.  That's the old DOS file name, not the new long name.  The name in windows is like:

c:\documents and settings\mkrupert\local settings\temp\

you can get there easily through a command window, though.  click START, RUN, then type in CMD.  Then:

cd C:\DOCUME~1\MKRUPE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp

Is that found?

I think it's a problem with the way that Microsoft indexing works now.  Maybe it would work if you went to "Advanced Options" then "Search Slow Files".  I've had a lot of problems with the search missing files, though.
