How do I create CITRIX published app that only allows users to run OWA

I want to set up a way for my users to access OWA via Internet Explorer as a CITRIX published app.  I need to able to lock down the published app, so IE will not go anywhere but the OWA page.  Most of my users only use one application (published) right now, and I dont want them to have desktop session.  Anyone done this?

Those are for IE4, but work on IE6 as well.

There is no easy way of doing this.
The best I can come up with is to set the home page in Internet Explorer to be OWA.
Then configure a proxy server in Internet Explorer for all protocols. The proxy would be to an IP address or host that doesn't exist. You could even use 127.0.0.2.
Then put the OWA address in the exclusions.
Publish Internet Explorer as a console - which will not give them an address bar either.
