Security Centre Repeated Unblock Skype

I have the latest version of Skype but everytime I boot XP Pro SP2 I am asked to unblock Skype by Windows Security, despite it already being in the XP firewall exceptions list and being automatically and manually removed/added.  Skype works fine regardless, it's just starting to get annoying now!!

Cheers

Richard check the exceptions tab in XP firewall and make sure that the  box display a notification when windows firewall blocks a program is unckecked. Sorry if this is insulting but it can be easy to over look.
