server is rebooting when i run any command

when i run from the server any command from command prompt or from RUN the server will shut down and restart automatically

You mean it goes through the full shutdown procedure?

That sounds like the server has probably been compromised. I would get your data off it, wipe and rebuild.

thank you simon but it was a virus  w32   when we remove it , problem was solved
