Is there a way to have a JavaScript function PostBack to the server without actually doing a postback.  What I want is for when a user checks a checkbox it sends that back to the server and stores it in my db, but I don't need anything on the page changed.  I am using ASP.NET 2.0.  Is there anyway to do this?
