Need help with an Error message in Contribute 3.11

This just started today, whenever I attempt to open "Contribute 3.11" it starts to open and then I get this message,

The Procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Does anyone know what that means, what did I do to screw it up, and just how to get rid of it.  This is an issue on my Notebook (HP dv5000, 2g of Mem, running Media Center 2005).

Like I said this just started today, it worked fine the last time I had to update a website a few days ago. I really need to get this fix, cause not all my Sites updating is done at home on the desktop.

Thanks for any assistance.

Man, oh Man - I checked the Answer while I was at work but didn't have time to do it, once I got home and follow your directions all worked well.  You saved me a whole lot of worry about reformating my drive and the labor of installing all this stuff all over.  I actually just searched, copy, paste and rename the original and clicked on Contribute and presto all works well.

Thanks a bunch "hiteshgupta1"

thanx for the "A" Grade!
had the same problem, and renaming the file didn't work for me.
found a solution that did work for me from Adobe's website

- rename psapi.dll in the Contribute 3 folder to psapi.dll_old
- copy psapi.dll from windows\system32 to the Contribute 3 folder
