EFS Automation in VB6

I need to automate the adding of users to EFS encrypted files.  I have a program I wrote in VB6 that finds and encrypts these files but I want to add users that have permissions to the file.  If you don't know what I am talking about the manual process is shown here under "To add users":

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/deploy/cryptfs.mspx

I have found a API called AddUsersToEncryptedFile which is supposed to be the way to automate it but I can't find and VB6 examples on how to implement it.  Here are a couple of articles on AddUsersToEncryptedFile:

http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms684833.aspx
http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms684827.aspx

I am looking for help on how to implement this API into a VB6 project.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

This is a previous question:

It's C++ but it should give you some direction...also it has a link you might not have seen yet

I have already checked all that out but the problem is I don't know C++ and I have a feeling I will have to modify it.  I really need a VB6 example of call the AddUsersToEncryptedFile API.  I know it should only be a few lines but I can't get it to work.

I had to have somebody build a Wrapper for this particular API.  Everything is automated now.
