Implements problem!

Hi
this is my class:
Public Class Runner
    Implements IEventReceiver
    Public Function OnEvent(ByVal e As [Event]) As Boolean
        Return True
    End Function
end Class

i keep gettign a compilation error, this is the message!
class 3DgraphGenerator.Runner must implements 'overridable function OnEvent(e as [Event]) as boolean' for interface 'irrlicht.IEventReceiver'

any idea how i can fix that??
