When I go to http://localhost/
I have following error any idea? thanks

NTFS permissions on the folder you are storing the web site aren't set to allow Everyone - Read Only access.

Under Default Web Sites -> Directory Security - > check the Integrated Windows authentication. Done

Great... but you haven't posted the NTFS permissions.  Or what browser your using.

1. The permissions on your default directory are incorrect the IUSR_MACHINE_NAME account (your IIS anonymous user) may not have permission to view the files.
2. In the properties of IIS your directory security is set to not allow anonymous access
