Domain Alias & Host Headers

I have a client that has over 400 domains registered and pointed to and IP address for one of the web sites I host for him.  Though I'm using Plesk as a control panel, I know that in order for any of the domains to come up, there needs to be a host header entry in the IIS configuration (IIS 6).  I don't want to have to add an entry for every domain - is there any way to configure a domain to answer to all requests without having to enter a host header for each domain.  Time sensitive question.

Remove all Host Headers from the site.

With no host header configured the site will respond to any traffic that comes in on the IP address and port it is assigned to.
