excel file that read whitepages.com and returns list of address

I have an excel file that has the name, state and sometimes an address.  I need some code in VB that will loop through my file and return matches.

Sorry but you're still not being clear.  Please post some sample data, and describe the search.

Ok when you go to yellowpages.com and click on whitpages.  you can select find a person and it has first name, last name street number state and so on.  I want to take my excel fiel that has this information and return the list of matches to me

Name state and zip is all the data that the site requires...if any of these fields are missing just dont include that part of the url

Example (if there is no first name remove the firstname part):
http://www.whitepages.com/10001/search/FindPerson?name=%lastname%&city_zip=%cityorzip%&state_id=%state%
