I just wonder if there are any popular online forum or newsgroup that is for developers who are interesting in PDF related controls, VCLs, OCXs, ActiveXs, as well as Acrobat SDK.

There is the Adobe 'Acrobat SDK" user to user forum: http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx/.eed56a0/
In addition to that, the PlanetPDF.com forums have a developer area (http://forum.planetpdf.com/wb/default.asp).
