Creating HashTable in ASP.NET

Hi Experts,

I am doing one small application using ASP.NET + C#.NET + sql-server2000

What I am doing is I am going to get a HttpRequest after that I have to Process it  and send Response

In this process i am using one small table , i want to store this table in Cache, this table is common for every user and it should refresh for every N minutes

I want to do this task by using HASHTABLE
Can anybody please suggest me how to do with the hashtable and where i have to implement the code
But dont ask me Why you choose this approach, this is my Seniors advice
