Group Policy Object Add-ons

How do I add obects to the Group Policy Editor?  I know that there are objects in addition to the default objects found in the GPO editor mode.  Aren't there ADO's or something that can be downloaded and added into the editor so that there are additional policies that can be created?  ie:  under Computer mgmt/admin templates/windows components there is no Windows Update folder, but I know that one can be created/added.  How to I find that ADO and install it so that I get the Widows Update object that can be edited?

Highlight and right-click "Administrative Templates", choose "Add/Remove Templates", and add the templates (.adm files) you need; the one for Windows Updates is wuau.adm.

Where do the ADM's come from...There must be a list or site where all available ADM's can be downloaded from...
