The .Net version of Crystal doesn't support exporting to CSV.

Which edition of CR9?

This link shows the features supported by CR9 and CR.Net

Do an update install of Crystal and add the export dlls you want.

They are generally recognizeable as CRXF_XLS for Excel.

Have you tried to do an update install?  I don't think those options install by default.

Which edition of CR9 do you have Standard, Pro, Developer?

Did you select custom and add the export dlls?  CR9 developer should have the CSV, Text, and XML options.  Are you using the CR9 developer dlls with your application?

Which viewer?  The JAVA viewer and JAVA applications don't support many of the export formats.
