how do i get the fancy outlook web access access login screen that has the low speed option?

Do you mean that you are getting a pop-up box for logging in instead of the standard OWA login screen?

But your question has so little information it's not really possible to provide you the correct answer.  

Please advise if you've installed SBS SP1?

Have you installed Exchange SP2?

Do you have SBS Premium with ISA 2000 or ISA 2004 installed?

Yes, I am getting a pop up box for loggin in instead of the OWA login screen. This is SBS standard SP1

Got it!  not sure if was this correct or not but i ran the "configure inter and email" wizard and now im getting the outlook login i was looking for
