Web Outlook it was working!

I just recently ran into an issue with Weboutlook.  We are running an exchange 2003 server enterprise on a windows 2003 box.  Web outlook was working but now i get an internal 500 error and the page cannot be displayed issue.  I get this both externally and internally. When I view the vdir under IIS I cannot browse the exchange dir and it doesnt show the users folder like it did.  I didnt do anything to IIS.  I did the other day chance some mailbox store permission but that was last week..and this started i guess in the last few days.  I need this resolved asap

Hi!
Most probably resetting the Exchange Virtual Directories will solve that problem. This video demonstrates step-by-step how to perform this procedure:
