Can anyone recommend any structured online web design courses that focus on HTML/PHP/MySQL and Macromedia products. I am looking for professional level training. I have gone thru tons of tutorials and a few books, but I am looking for something more structured that is a complete  and comprehensive package. A degree is not my main concern but rather quality training. Thanks.

The answer is many and really depends on you and a few factors. Time, money, and effort that you want to put into it.

If you really don't have that much time use the thousands of prewritten code that is available on the internet. A good resource for this is www.zend.com, www.php.net, and tutorial sites like the one's you've been visiting. I personally like http://www.pixel2life.com/

If you have the money to put into it. Hire a tutor or go sign up for online courses.

http://www.php.net/support.php        This one show different approaches to getting help.

If you have the time and the effort, read the documentation and learn the language. I realized that's the best way to learn a programming language when I was learning JAVA. PHP, MySQL,  and Macromedia products all have great documentation either on the web or as part of the application.
http://www.php.net/manual/en/
http://www.zend.com/zend/docs.php

On macromedia products goto the Help menu in the toolbar for documentation.

If you are still in the beginners level try,
http://www.w3schools.com/

Good luck.
