I have a situation where we need to intercept e-mail being sent from someone outside of out organization.  What we need to do is, no matter who he sends it to inside our organization, we need to intercept it and re-direct it to one individual for monitoring.

I have not been able to find a way to do this with Exchange.  (We're on Exchange 2003).  Does anyone know how to do this, or of a third party product that can accomplish this?

Thanks!

Mike

You may be able to do it by registering a custom event sync, but that would require some programming skill - that I do not have.

There is a product called eXclaimer for exchange. It is a very nice suite of utilities. I ended up using it for a similar situation myself. http://www.exclaimer.com/

Pricing is fair, and they offer a 30 day trial.

Oh - and yes it can do it.

You would create a custom rule with the software, define the sender explicitly as that email address, and then you can reroute it to anyone you like (internally or externally).
