Comp Keeps Restarting- Help

I use Windows XP Home Edition... My comp keeps restarting. Now I did the recommnedations that Microsoft mentioned but it still is doing it. I also checked here first and applied what was also posted to the same problem.

Since I use PeoplePC as my ISP it only happens when I use it. I am right now on NetZero because I know when I try and use PeoplePC it will restart. I am not saying it is the ISP, I just want to give all the facts.

Also I copied the error log or debugging log and it is as follows:

C:\DOCUME~1\COMPAQ~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERabe7.dir00\Mini071106-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\COMPAQ~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERabe7.dir00\sysdata.xml

error signature :

BCCode : 10000050     BCP1 : FFFF0000     BCP2 : 00000000     BCP3 : 80541084
BCP4 : 00000000     OSVer : 5_1_2600     SP : 2_0     Product : 768_1

PLEASE ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!   *HUGS*

Why is your computer rebooting?
What software have you installed.
you can choose two things tapping f8

 on your people computer tapf8 when it first starts keep tapping f8 then in the advanced options choose safemode
wait till it loads the drivers, then logon to administrator press enter if asked for a password,
then wait till the desktop loads
once the desktop loads you'll see safemode written in the 4 corners.
r/click my computer properties advanced startup and recovery >settings> look for the tick in the  AUTOMATICALLY RESTART untick this.
Apply and ok.
In this same area
now at the edit check your boot.ini

This is a sample of a default Boot.ini file from a Windows XP Home computer.
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home" /fastdetect

Check in control panel administrative tools event viewer applications errors.

other option
on your people computer tapf8continoulsy when it first starts keep tapping f8 then in the advanced options look down the list and choose start my computer last known good config that worked.
==========================================================
Or when you first start your computer press DEL to enter bios advanced change the boot order to cdrom first then HDO
insert your xpcd press f10 to save and exit bios it  reboots

When the Press any key to boot from CD message is displayed on your screen, press any key to start your computer from the Windows XP CD.

Press ENTER when you see the message To setup Windows XP now, and then press ENTER displayed on the Welcome to Setup screen.

 Do not choose the option to press R to use the Recovery Console.

In the Windows XP Licensing Agreement, press F8 to agree to the license agreement.

 Make sure that your current installation of Windows XP is selected in the box, and then press R to repair Windows XP.

 Follow the instructions on the screen to complete Setup.
