This problem have many reason. <br />
<br />
1. May be IIS reset permission.<br />
2. If window restart then may be permission <br />
3. If you are use FTP or frontpage then may be permission problem due to that period.<br />
4. Heavy load on your website<br />
5. If your bin folder multiple dll file then may be problem due to multi ple dll in running in CPU it effect to permission <br />

We have placed both cab file &amp;&nbsp;.Net dlls in Bin directorys, because of this permission was removed, we moved CAB file to some other directory, it is working fine<br />

I have created one virtual directoty and given read permission, we have around 30 peoples using simultaneously, after some time that read only permission will be removed automaticlly, so user can't access the website, this is happening only for Bin directory which is having cab file.<br />
