Are you hosting ASPX pages in the bin folder's parent directory?

Hi,

This problem have many reason.

1. May be IIS reset permission.
2. If window restart then may be permission
3. If you are use FTP or frontpage then may be permission problem due to that period.
4. Heavy load on your website
5. If your bin folder multiple dll file then may be problem due to multi ple dll in running in CPU it effect to permission

solution

1.Reset permission
