Outlook "Unable to display the folder, the operation failed"

Running Exchange 2K, and outlook 2K sp3. Have a user setup in AD with a mailbox, and want to give others access to that specific mailbox, have added delgates, and permissions in AD look correct, yet additional users still cannot access the intended mailbox.

Any Ideas ?
