I have a new computer with Office 2003 installed. &nbsp;Outlook was running fine but now I am receiving the error &quot;the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. &nbsp;If the problem persists, restart Outlook&quot;. &nbsp;I am getting this error when I try to create a new email message. &nbsp;I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office with no change. &nbsp;We are running our emails on an Exchange server. &nbsp;<br />

Unlike a lot of the other issues posted regarding this same type of error, I can move emails between folders and delete items. &nbsp;The only thing that I can find affected is creating a new email.<br />

If the problem persists, restart Outlook".  I am getting this error when I try to create a new email message.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office with no change. Messaging interface has returned an unknown error when creating an email
