I have a total of 300 user accounts in one OU. There are 4 accounts that for some unknown reason, this box (under the users name/security/advanced button) keeps getting reset. It seems to happen ever hour or so (so a sync or refresh time maybe).
I have no group policies that I am aware of that impact this in any way.
Any direction to figure out what keeps resetting this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Those users are (or have been at one point) members of a "protected group" (Administrators, Account Operators, Server Operators, Print Operators, Backup Operators, Domain Admins, Schema Admins, Enterprise Admins, Cert Publishers); check here for details:
Delegated permissions are not available and inheritance is automatically disabled
