Dynamic registration or deletion of one or more DNS records associated with DNS domain
'ForestDnsZones.pcgz.net.' failed.

(if the specified domain is an application partition).

- TCP/IP properties of the network connections of this computer contain wrong IP address
(es) of the preferred and alternate DNS servers
- Specified preferred and alternate DNS servers are not running
- DNS server(s) primary for the records to be registered is not running

They all mean the same thing.
Exchange can't find a domain controller.

Make sure that your DNS is configured correctly. The Exchange server should be using a domain controller ONLY for DNS. No external DNS servers should be anywhere in the network configuration.
On the domain controllers themselves, similarly - no external DNS configuration anywhere. Only internal domain controllers.

If you need to use use external DNS server for effective dns resolution, then use forwarders in the DNS server applet on the domain controllers.

When you installed Exchange, did it pass all the tests on the setup checklist?

It isn't clear from your question - is this a single server deployment - with Exchange and the domain controller on the same machine? If so, then is the domain controller also a global catalog?

When I install the exchange server, I just only install the exchange. Another option checklist i am not select.

I have deploy the exchange 2003 in single server and single DC in same machine. Also the DC also a global catalog. If show this problems, how can fix this problems.

Thanks

When you put the CD in, an autoplay menu comes up.
It steps you through some tests to confirm that the domain is working correctly. The same menu has forest prep and domain prep tasks and other things.

If you didn't run those tests, then you should do so, as that will show if there are any errors.
