Default webpage in Terminal Server

Is there a way to force a default homepage in Internet Explorer for a Terminal Server session?  I want all of my users to see the same page when they open IE.

You can do this using a GPO

User Configuration\ Windows Settings\ Internet Explorer Maintenance\ URLs\ Important URLs -- Customise home Page URL
