It was in the permissions - I thougt i had chekked it out - but the Revieve as permission was set as deny to a group our administrative account was a member of.<br />

I am trying to extract a mailbox from the second mailbox database on an exchange server to a .PST file.<br />
<br />
I can do it with no problem on the first mailbox database....<br />
<br />
I get the error &quot;&nbsp;Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the correct permissions to log on. (0x8004011d)&quot;<br />
