Exmerge error when extrating to a PST file.

Hi everebody.

I am trying to extract a mailbox from the second mailbox database on an exchange server to a .PST file.

I can do it with no problem on the first mailbox database....

I get the error " Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the correct permissions to log on. (0x8004011d)"



I have tried to look at this solution.

But the administrative account running exmerge has the same rights to both mailboxes???

Any ideas???

Hi PeteLong.

It was in the permissions - I thougt i had chekked it out - but the Revieve as permission was set as deny to a group our administrative account was a member of.
