Web Install package - wont run without cs files

I have created a website which needs to go to an external vendor for look and feel suggestions, however when I build the installation package it includes all the cs files, so I excluded them and the site won't run without them.  This is when i noticed that no dll is created for the website, have they changed things in vers 2.0 to not compile to a dll?  I cant send out all our source code to an external vendor.  I have tried building in release and production modes with no success, what gives, have web pages gone back to being interpreted / compiled on request?

never mind, figured it out, you need to run aspnet_compiler on the site to get it to compile to dll's (or when you publish) still think it's a bit of an oversight not to have the option in the build package options.

Hi LordWabbit,

see following article in which he shows how to do it through wizard and make it single dll like in asp.net 1.x

Mmmm, handy to know, but the aspnet_compiler did the trick, may not be a single dll, but at least it's not source code, and the ppl we are sending the site to are not developers so i didn't even bother obfuscating the project.  But thanks for the link have bookmarked it for future reference.
