When I try to force replication, I get the following errors:
The following error occurred during the attempt to synchronice naming context from domain controller DC1 to domain controller DC2:
Access is denied
This operation will not continue

You don't have rights to force the replication.

What account are you trying to use?

I figured as much, but I can't figure out why, I'm using the DomAdmin login.
