MS EXCHANGE 2000 MAILBOX RIGHTS

My Mailserver,  all the users having the full access right to others mail box. How can I block this.

1) through owa, i type http://mail.xxx.com/exchange/saleem, without asking a login it allow to login,
2) i can add any one's mail box to my outlook.

please help me.

Open Exchnage system manager->servers->servername->FirstStoragegroup->mailstore rightclick properties ->security delete groups domain users and everyone from the security tab
