3rd party cert install problem

i am having a probelm installing a third party cert.  when i go throught the IIS Certificate wizard when when i get to the point where i have to tell computer where the cert file is, this text appears below the path and file box:

"The pending certificate request for this response file was not found. This request may be canceled. You cannot install  selected response certificate using this Wizard"

what going on and how to i fix it?

If you are going to use a 3rd party certificate on an SBS you must first install the certificate to the server using the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW -- which is linked as Connect to the Internet in the Server Management Console > Internet and Email)
