Follow up to my previous topic which got two solutions and in which I decided to split to the points to Rlibby

This question is a follow up to http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Programming_Languages/Delphi/Q_21918046.html which got two solutions, both of which were 100% solutions, so hereby the other half of the points go to Rlibby after he replies
