Regarding proof

check this from top site

Check the "note" at the end of the link which says

"Note: Also distributed under the name GoodSync"

Why would they do this?

To avoid competition  it seems like goodsync has acquired allwaysync. The brand name is not changed as users of allwaysync  are already used to the brand name.

If they try to change the brand name they might loose members.

It is similiar to skype which is being acquired by ebay but still the brand name of skype hasnt changed.
